Very pleased with the wood chipper. Read the reviews prior to purchasing and overall, the opinion was favorable.
Connected to a L2501, and it is amazing what it can chip. If it fits in the throat and the hydraulic feed wheel can accept it, it'll chip it!
Very happy with it so far, only have about 15 hours of use.

Delivery & packaging was great. No dents, etc Only piece missing was one nylon washer. Assembly instructions soso - diagrams a bit confusing. No mention of how much hydraulic fluid needed. “Top off”-believe 5 1/4 gallons later it was full. No mention of grease zerks how many & location or if already greased. Amazed at how balanced machince was- no shaking at 540rpm & has performed better than expected for first couple of hours.

I assembled the chipper and was very happy with the fit and finish. The directions weren’t that great but it came together fine. I mounted it on a Kioti 35 hp and it works excellent. I am clearing mesquite trees in Arizona. The delivery was prompt and easy. I am familiar with equipment and recommend this chipper and Mechmaxx 100%.

Just put together. Looks like a well made product. Waiting till snow goes away to use it. Would have given it's great , if the the packaging was better. It was wrapped nicely, some of the parts gouged the paint and metal during transport. It does look like a sturdy unit and look forward to using come spring.

Workes great. Instruction not so good. You would think there would be mention of removing pin thats holding blades from turning. Be nice to know how much hydrolic fluid is required

So far it has worked very well. I've been able to take out a couple medium sized stumps and a bunch of small stumps. There is a learning curve as you get used to positioning it for best cutting but it does a great job so far.

Using the machine in the field has exceeded my expectations. My door has never been blocked. The blade cuts wood well. Performs five stars on oak. I used it with a 30 hp tractor and the results were impressive.

Machine arrived on the 29th so haven't had a chance to unpack it due to the holidays and weather. Delivery personnel were very professional and did a good job unloading and placed the machine exactly where I wanted it. Packaged as to protect the unit.

If your chipper produces long chips, try adjusting the bedknife. Place it as close to the chipper blade as possible and remember to sharpen the blade as you work on it. Having a chipper with a hydraulic feed roller can reduce the time and effort involved in pruning unpruned branches. Ideal for those who don't mind spending more time trimming or chipping and clearing clogs.

Just this week my wife and I started chipping away at a large pile of brush on our property because we wanted to provide debris for our existing trails. I'm glad we have this option because it works great to put branches and small trees in and then go get the next piece while the chipper feeds itself. Don't feel too bad about cutting your pins off.
