Easy Returns
While we fully stand by every product we sell, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or realize the product wasn’t exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer a 30‑Day Return Policy.
If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at support@unionbuiltsupply.com with your order number. We will provide detailed return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any non‑damaged, non‑defective items.
For freight‑shipped items, return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must arrive at our distribution center in “Like New” condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
“Like New” means:

Items returned with wear, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damages
If your product arrives damaged:

Note the damage with the carrier at delivery, if applicable

Take clear photos of the packaging and the product

Email the photos and your order number to support@unionbuiltsupply.com the same day you receive the item
UnionBuilt Supply Co. will cover the cost of return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved. Items damaged after use are non‑refundable unless covered under warranty.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

Made‑to‑order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Products listed as certified pre‑owned or used are not eligible for return.
UnionBuilt Supply Co. sells products intended for long‑term use. Orders placed for one‑time or temporary use (e.g., trade shows, promotional events, conference setups) are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
