UnionBuilt Supply offers FREE shipping on MOST brands within the Continental United States, including many items that ship via freight. Some large or heavy equipment may require a freight charge, which is clearly displayed at checkout. We keep things simple — no hidden fees and no surprises.
Free Shipping (Most Products)
Most tools, attachments, and equipment ship free via parcel or freight carriers.

Freight Shipping (Large & Heavy Equipment)
Certain oversized or heavy products require palletized LTL freight. When applicable, the freight rate will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Made‑to‑Order Products
Some products are built to order and have extended lead times.
Lead Time

30–45 business days for manufacturing

5–10 business days for freight transit after completion
Made‑to‑order items will clearly display their shipping method and any applicable freight charges at checkout.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre‑authorized your payment.
We then verify inventory or production status:

If the item is in stock, we process your payment and prepare it for shipment.

If the item is backordered or made‑to‑order, we will notify you with updated lead times.
Order Shipment
If your item is in stock and payment has been processed, your order will ship within three business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
If you do not receive tracking within four business days, contact us at support@unionbuiltsupply.com.
International Orders
Products are designed for the U.S. market and may require 110V or 240V electrical systems. We can ship internationally upon request.
Because product sizes vary, we will provide a custom shipping quote before processing payment.
Damages
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
