  • Critical pin holes are processed using a five-axis machining center, providing high accuracy for precise assembly and smooth operation.
  • Pins are made from 40Cr steel, treated with tempering (200HB–240HB) and induction hardening (45HRC with 1mm hardened depth), delivering superior wear resistance and impact strength.
  • Bucket teeth and side cutters are made from F2 and 30MnB materials, ensuring excellent performance under high-impact and high-wear conditions.
