Mounted on the 10-inch diameter cutter wheel are 12 sets of professional-grade teeth, enabling a cutting diameter of an impressive 14 inches . This allows for cutting stumps at a higher elevation from the ground. The pocket is forged from 42CrMo, and teeth are made of YG11C alloy, with a diameter of 1 inch. This design ensures more efficient stump cutting, improving work efficiency by approximately 35% compared to other types of teeth.

The SGR380 Stump Grinder is powered by an electric start gasoline engine and equipped with a 12V20Ah lead-acid battery.

The design concept is to integrate the engine, cutter wheel, and handle into a single welded structure as a working unit. There is a set of rotating mechanisms between the working unit and the chassis. The lever on the right side of the handle can lock and release the chassis. When in a ready-to-work state, lifting the left brake handle can simultaneously lock both left and right tires. After releasing the chassis, the unit can swing left and right to perform cutting tasks. This design allows operators to work more easily and continuously.

The chassis's left and right swing angle can reach 65 degrees, with a linear distance of up to 31.5 inches. This allows for easy cutting of stumps with a diameter of up to 31.5 inches, relying solely on the simple swinging of the chassis.

In our latest design, both tyres are fixed simultaneously, and the chassis swings left and right to perform tasks. The major advantage of this design is the ability to work more easily and continuously. Fixing both tyres at the same time ensures protection against collision injuries caused by operator errors, greatly improving operational safety.

With a maximum cutter wheel rotation diameter of 14 inches and a dual-wheel locking design, the handle can easily be pressed down, achieving a cutting height of 15 inches above the ground and a depth of 10 inches.

This lever controls the locking and releasing of the chassis. When the chassis needs to rotate during work, lift the lever. To move the machine to the next work area, return the lever to its original position, and simultaneously release the tire brake handle to enable movement.

A 2-inch coupler is mounted on the tow bar, compatible with a 2 inch trailer ball. When outdoor work is needed, you can use the ATV or pickup truck to tow the stump grinder to work area. The trailer hitch comes as a standard feature which can be installed when needed.
