  • MechMaxx 5in Disc wood chipper ,connected to a 15HP electric start MechMaxx gasoline engine
  • It has a long service life with two double sided usable blades on the disc. The feeding chute has hinge so that it can be opened quickly to replace the blades. The discharge chute can rotate 360 degrees due to the shaped steel tube. The 72-inch high output chute easily dumps chips directly into your truck bed. This wood chipper is equipped with two 19x7.00-8 DOT tires and the American plug and taillight. In tow driving, when you plug into the rear socket of your car, the taillight of the wood chipper follow your car’s taillights to brake, turn left or turn right. That would improve the safety. Tow bar has a collapsible double jockey wheels, which improves the stability and the convenience of driving it.
  • You can stop the engine quickly in a crisis to improve operator safety with a jerk button and the emergency stop press bar above the feeding chute .

The P4205 Wood Chipper is powered by a 14hp 429cc electric start KOHLER gasoline engine, and equipped with a 12V20Ah lead-acid battery.

The left side of the feeding chute is designed with hinges, allowing for convenient side opening to clean residual wood chips and replace blades.

Discharge Chute

The discharge chute consists of a 4.8’’ diameter bend pipe, and the top of the discharge chute can reach a height of 72 inches from the ground. The connection between the discharge chute and the blade box features a fastening design, enabling the discharge chute to rotate 360 degrees.

On the upper side of the feeding chute, there is an emergency stop button, and on the lower side, there is an emergency stop press bar. These can be used to stop the machine at any time in case of an emergency.

The core cutting component of the P4205 Wood Chipper is a disc with a diameter of 21.7’’. There are 2 cutting blades and 4 fins on the disc. Such a large disc generates impressive inertia, providing maximum cutting force to effortlessly cut branches with a maximum diameter of 5” .

The P4205 is equipped with two DOT-approved tubeless tires sized 19*7.00-8, and the wheelbase reaches an impressive 41.5” , providing enhanced stability when being towed.

The P4205 is equipped with tail light, and on one side of the trailer, there is an American seven-pin plug. The plug can be connected to the towing vehicle when being towed, allowing the tail light of P4205 to synchronize with the vehicle's braking and turning signals.

Dual-belt drive transmission with 6.7’’ double-edge reversible cutting blades. The belts are made of Kevlar, which is more wear-resistant than ordinary neoprene belts, greatly reducing maintenance frequency. The blades are made of professional A8(5Cr5MoWS), providing the appropriate strength and toughness, significantly extending the blade's lifespan.
