The PGS1500 Wood Chipper is powered by a 15hp 420cc electric start gasoline engine, and equipped with a 12V20Ah lead-acid battery. The start key is installed at the position of the feeding chute, making it easier to start and stop the engine.

The feed chute can be quickly opened to facilitate cleaning of residual wood chips and replacement of blades. When the feeding chute is open, the gasoline engine will trigger a limit switch and shut down to ensure safety during maintenance.

Discharge Chute

The entire discharge chute is stamped and welded together from two molds, providing an aesthetically pleasing design. The discharge chute can be fully opened, allowing for a clearer view of the blade box interior for maintenance and blade replacement. The top of the discharge chute can rotate 360 degrees.

On the lower side of the engine, there is an emergency stop press bar. It can be used to stop the machine at any time in case of an emergency.

A 2-inch coupler is mounted on the tow bar, compatible with a 2 inch trailer ball. When outdoor work is needed, you can use the ATV or pickup truck to tow the wood chipper to work area. The trailer hitch comes as a standard feature which can be installed when needed.
