A reinforced frame with a machined 1.5" × 4.5" top carrier bar and heavy 3" × 3" structural tube delivers exceptional strength under load. The bottom carrier uses a ½" × 3" flat welded to a 3" × 4" support tube for added stability. Manufactured with high‑tolerance jig fixtures, the forks slide smoothly and maintain precise alignment. Equipped with USA‑made Cascade forks and backed by a 2‑year frame and 3‑year fork warranty.
