MBW Heavy Duty Vibratory Plate Compactor

Get consistent compaction on asphalt and granular soils without fighting machine bounce, material buildup, or uneven vibration. MBW’s heavy‑duty plate lineup is engineered to help crews achieve reliable results across commercial jobsite conditions while keeping maintenance straightforward.

The AP2000 supports asphalt work with a steel plate housing and aluminum exciter housing that help manage heat and maintain component stability during extended use. A self‑cleaning base plate reduces material accumulation so operators can stay productive between passes.

For granular soils, the GP2000 adjusts frequency, amplitude, and centrifugal force to match sands and gravel, giving crews a dependable option for general compaction tasks.

The GP3550 adds a protective roll cage and a base plate designed to shed material away from the belt and pulley assembly, supporting durability and easier day‑to‑day operation.

The GP5800 builds on the GP5500 platform with updates to ergonomics, service access, and engine isolation. A removable exciter assembly and improved suspension system help simplify maintenance and reduce hand/arm vibration during operation.

Across the lineup, these plates are built to deliver steady compaction performance, straightforward serviceability, and compatibility with a wide range of jobsite materials.
