MBW Truss Screed MVS/AVS

Set grade and strike off wide concrete pours with a modular truss system built for straight, consistent results. This screed is designed for bridge decks, large slabs, and commercial placements where long spans and uniform vibration are required.

The modular frame allows crews to assemble lengths from 11 feet to more than 60 feet, adapting to different project sizes. Sections connect with bolted joints that support rigidity across the full span. Drive options include Honda engines, hydraulic winches, and pneumatic systems to match jobsite equipment and workflow.

The truss design helps maintain alignment during pulls, and the vibration system distributes energy along the assembled length to support even consolidation. This setup is ideal for contractors who need a scalable screed solution for large‑format concrete work.

MVS GX160 & 270 Manual Winch

MBW Manual Winch allows two operators to move the Truss Screed forward mechanically and is a cost effective option. A kit that mounts both winches to one of the end frames is available. With this option, the Truss Screed can be operated by a single person.

MVS GX270 Hydraulic Winch

MBW Hydraulic Winches enhance safe operation with a top mounted engagement lever for instant activation and deactivation. Travel speed is easily adjusted through a simple valve control. The units also have an adjustable relief valve that stops the winches in case of an obstruction. Each end operates independently for maximum maneuverability around columns and other obstacles.
