MBW R60 Rammer — Product Overview

Deliver high‑output percussion compaction with the MBW R60 Rammer, engineered to give contractors better control, lower vibration, and longer service life on demanding soil and trench work. Its balanced 144‑lb design stays easy to handle while still delivering the impact force needed to compact lifts efficiently and consistently.

The R60 is built for crews who need equipment that stays in service. Its maintenance‑friendly layout, limited metal‑to‑metal contact, and long‑life components reduce downtime and keep productivity high. Polyethylene slide bearings, a cast‑iron tamping shoe, and elevated bellows placement all work together to minimize internal wear and extend operating life in tough field conditions.

Powered by the Honda GX120R engine, the R60 delivers reliable performance shift after shift. Whether you’re compacting backfill, working in narrow trenches, or prepping soil for utilities, this rammer provides the stability, impact energy, and durability contractors depend on.
