MechMaxx 32" Portable Sawmill, 459cc 15HP E-Start Gasoline Engine

The MechMaxx 32 has been a great machine I have owned it for 6 months with no issues. It is a great product for the money I recommend the product.

So far it’s been a good machine. I haven’t had issues with anything that wasn’t user related. Some of the metal parts are rusting which is kind of a bummer but it may be some things we can easily replace with stainless over time. Slowly continuing to figure it out.

First let me say two thumbs up for how the sawmill was packed. Assembly was straight forward, pictures and drawings (could have been bigger) a bonus. This is my first sawmill so a how to section would have been a nice bonus, but there’s YouTube. Two logs down and still figuring things out. All in all very happy with the order, packing, and assembly. Customer service has been prompt thru email so be patient.

Ordering the saw online was fast and easy , and received the saw in 10 days . The instructions in the box were nearly useless , use the instructions on the website they will save you a lot of time. After assembling I have ran several logs it cuts great and is easy to operate.

Easy assembly, ships fast. Has done everything I’ve asked of it and planning on getting a track extension to mill longer lumber. I’ve milled mainly maple and ash, and unless it’s 24+ inches wide or the blade is getting dull you can move right along.

It took some time making the decision to purchase the Mechmax 32”. With all the projects I have going on around the home and property I needed a way to process the 20-30 trees we took down. Ordering was simple, shipping was fast, technical support was solid. If you’re thinking about it, just pull the trigger on purchasing the 32”. You won’t be disappointed.

I've now cut over 2,000 board feet and have two large pallets of maple and cherry. The bottom line is that the saw is fantastic value for money. It has things that need improvement, the lubricant flow control is terrible, the pulley system for raising it can get friction-heavy on the far side, some things come out of alignment easier than I would like. If it cost the same as competitors, I would give it 4 starts.... but it costs half as much so I give it 5. I have cut hardwood at maximum capacity (29 inches) and the motor had enough (barely) power. The frame is adequately heavy and feels rock solid. It took a while to get the saw dialed in, but I'm now get very consistent and smooth results (see the photo below from cutting a 1/4 inch veneer).

Nice machine. Day one 6-8 hrs setup. Started day two and ran small cedar logs and 29” Poplar log. I been using a 076av 42” and 029av 18” chainsaw mills. This is 30x faster and little effort. A kid could run this. Better cost of operation too. Nice cut finish.
Going to order extra clamp supports. Several extra punch mounting holes. Wish they sold the Red Cross log supports. I would put more in for smaller length size logs.

Freight delivery through their selected carrier. Directions for assembly were easy to follow. Sawmill works great. Easy to use, cuts smooth logs. No complaints.

Pretty fast shipping. Very satisfied with this purchase. I would really like to get this thing assembled before it snows here.

I would absolutely recommend this mill. Reasonably easy to assemble. All of the parts are heavy duty and seem to be very well made.

Great saw . I put a power feed on it which made a total different saw. I now let the LT40 set and run mech max. The LT40 has more power but they both saw red oak great. I would high recommend. Matter of fact i have 2- 32" saws plus the LT40

I really like the saw but I think there could be a better way to adjust the tracking of the blade it is hard to keep the tracking in place there should be a adjustment bolt on both sides and top and bottom to hold it in place

I have really enjoyed using the mill. I am currently milling lumber to make an addition on my house. The only problem I have had is the valve on the lubrication tank leaks. Other than that a great product at a great price
