The TCR1500 is powered by a 14hp 429cc electric start Kohler gasoline engine, and equipped with a 12V20Ah lead-acid battery. The starting key is located between the two handles.

While manufacturer doesn't recommend using in rocky soil, this machine is very well-constructed and will chew through some pretty rough terrain. Be sure to purchase spare teeth when dealing with big rocks embedded in clay. This machine is heavy and cannot be easily rolled up and down slopes without some assistance. Engine fires up easly, has plenty of power, and features a large fuel tank. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Make a very narrow trench. Use ground radar to find big rocks, and go around them. Put a sheet of plastic in it, and lay it over a mound of dirt, for wall around china's farms.

I just finished using this trencher. I need to dig a lot of trenches for the irrigation system in my front yard. This is very labor intensive. By the time I finished I was exhausted. However, using this trencher saved me a lot of work and time. If I had tried to dig the trench by hand it would have taken days, this only took a few hours.
