I am very impressed with this chipper so far. Sturdy built and operates smoothly on my 39hp Kubota. I have bought a few implements from Mechmaxx so far and have been satisfied with all of them.

This chipper works great. It chews up 2" braches easily. I have it hooked up to an old yanmar diesel tractor and no problems once I figured out to speed up the rpm. No more clogging.

The mechmaxx chipper works very well. It's very easy to clean up the damage from the winter storms we have had and it is easier than burning.

Used it so far with a relatively small tractor (Kubota B2301) for both fall and spring cleanup around my property and it works very well with it, even with larger branches. With slightly damp debris one may need to be a little more disciplined feeding them in as otherwise the chute may clog up, but that's no different from other chippers of that design.

We purchased the BX42S and we couldn’t be any happier than we are with our purchase. We looked and compared machines and prices everywhere and you can’t beat the price for what this beast can do! It’s a must have when you live in the woods! Wish we had bought one sooner. Thanks mechmaxx!

The BX42S exceeded my expectations, easily set up out of the box using within no time. My compact tractor easily manages the weight of the chipper and size. For the materials I am chipping I need to run at higher rpm’s to keep the shoot clear but does a great job chipping. I would recommend the BX42S for its ability to get the job done, compact size and for the pice, great value.

This is an outstanding machine. Chipped up trees that were up to 4 inches in diameter with no problem. Packaged really well for shipment. Arrived within 5 days of ordering machine. Pretty easy to assemble.

I recently purchased the Mechmax model BX42S for my Kubota 18 hp tractor. I was a little concerned that my 18 hp Kubota wouldn't have enough hp to run it. But it has plenty of power to chew through even larger 3" inch limbs. I only anticipate running smaller prunings through the machine. I have a small orchard which I have spread mulch out on the entire floor for weed control and water retention. I had originally though I would have to replenish the much every couple of years. But by chipping the prunnings I don't anticipate having to buy in outside mulch. The machine works great and MechMaxx was great to deal with. The machine was shipped promptly and with free shipping it made the cost of the machine all the more reasonable. I would highly recommend MechMaxx for quality of product and for excellent customer service.

The chipper was delivered 8 days from the day I ordered it. Shipped in a sturdy steel crate. Easy to assemble - I had it on the tractor and in use within an hour. Works perfectly behind my 1023E. Appears to be the same as the one from Titan, but with different paint colors and a considerably cheaper price. I would recommend both the chipper and MechMaxx

WOW!!!! This thing devours everything! Delivery took a little longer than expected but once recieved, and assmebled, it is fantastic. I look forward to cranking this beast up and demolishing the trash trees I've downed. Makres quick work of clean up anfter limb trimming.

Works great so far. Assembly wasn’t to bad, all the bolts and nuts were loosely in place where they belong which was nice rather than having to figure out what goes where. Only used a few times but seems to work as expected.

I was impressed with the quality of the chipper, can’t wait to try it out!

I ordered a PTO wood chipper it was delivered without any issues The driver put it right in my shop with the pallet forks and the entire event went smoothly. if I have one minor concern is there did not appear to be any manual included for assembling the PTO chipper however it was very easy to do and straightforward but I can imagine someone who's not technically inclined at all might wish to have instructions for putting it together. it only took a few minutes. overall very pleased with the purchase

Well built, easy assembly, works very well with my Kubota L3400.

The wood chipper works as designed. I've mulched around 400 or so limbs so far. The mulcher don't really like small limbs or vines it tends to clog up or jam, better have a few extra shear bolts when using this product also. Overall great product for the money, I would would buy it again.

Really like this chipper. It was easy to assemble. Glad I brought the PTO Chipper ita easier to work. And it woks great.

I bought this after doing some research and realizing I needed something with more power than a smaller one that is powered with an onboard gas engine, and at a price point I was willing to pay. I have a B-series Kubota (17.7hp at the PTO) and this combination with the MechMaxx BX42S exceeded my expectations. It is a beast. I did have to cut the PTO shaft down by 8 inches to work the standard 3-point hitch available for my tractor, and putting together the 360 degree rotating discharge chute was a bit of a puzzle without any instructions. But after 4 to 5 hours of offliading the crate and putting the chipper together, we were shredding our red shank and grease-wood branches into beautiful chips. It will grind small thin brush too, but requires some finesse to keep them from clumping in the feed bay. I am so happy with this purchase.
